Advantages of a Leadless Pacemaker
Unlike traditional transvenous pacemakers, the leadless pacemaker eliminates several potential complications, such as pocket infections, hematomas, lead dislodgment, and lead fractures. Additionally, they are compatible with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), making future diagnostic procedures more accessible for patients.
