That makes them nearly two years old at this point. Now that we’ve raised the money, it is time to go back to the drawing board and create final blueprints and construction documents that reflect what we can afford to build.”The initial concept included a glass and brick front addition to the existing historic structure, preserving the footprint of a 1970s addition. While these designs provided a vision for the project, they were largely conceptual.
